Privacy policy

Denegra L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, runs denegra.ai. For anything about your data, write to info@denegra.ai.

This policy covers denegra.ai only, not our products. Hayat, Dara, İşin Kolayı and Taskflow publish their own privacy policies on their own sites.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), what you need help with and your message. We use them only to answer you. The form is sent to us by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services.
• Trial and quote forms. For a free trial: your company email address, your company's name and the gateway or cluster ID you enter, plus a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated requests. We use them to confirm your email, to send you the trial licence and install steps, to give each company and each gateway or cluster one trial, and to tell our team about the request. A quote request is sent to us like a contact form message.
• Error reports. When a page fails to load or run, your browser sends us the error, its technical details and the page address, so we can fix it. These reports do not include your name, email or anything you typed.
• Visit statistics. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, counts visits and page load times for us without cookies.
• Fonts. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open a page.

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. Microsoft Azure delivers the contact form by email and runs the trial service in its West Europe region. Google serves the fonts. Each processes only what it needs to provide that service. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Contact form messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we are in touch with you, and 12 months after that. Trial records (email, company, ID) are deleted automatically two years after the trial; an unconfirmed request and the IP hash are deleted within two days. Error reports are kept for up to 30 days. After that we keep only summaries, such as which kinds of errors happened and how often, so we can tell whether they are fixed.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to info@denegra.ai and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the EU GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK may give you further rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
